Chief Compliance Officer
Liliana is responsible for overseeing the entire compliance department; recommending, developing and implementing new compliance processes and procedures; overseeing federal, state and agency audits; document control and conducting testing to ensure compliance; and keeping track of relevant developments in regulations for the industry.
With more than 30 years of real estate lending industry expertise, Liliana has previous experience as a title insurance agent, closing manager, law clerk, office manager and compliance manager. She also worked as a business architect for a loan origination system software development firm and comes with a strong technical background. As a business architect, Liliana worked with many of the top 10 mortgage lenders in the country to improve their business processes, develop business requirements, and work as a liaison with the development team to roll out a new LOS platform.
Liliana graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before moving on to the State University of New York at Buffalo to earn a Juris Doctorate in Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee.
