Helping to manage the greatest asset a client has and understanding their short and long-term goals and objectives is crucial. He believes that every client should be put on a path toward debt-free home ownership and toward building wealth. He believes that by setting people on this right path his clients can begin to imagine all their money can provide. Dan uses tools such as Mortgage Coach and it’s Total Cost Analysis to develop his mortgage plans, married with using Dave Ramsey’s Baby Steps. Dan has been married to his college sweetheart since 1994 and has two active sons. When he’s not helping clients manage their mortgage, he can often be seen on the soccer pitch with his kids.
