He has been quoted on Fox Business News and interviewed by USA Today for his unique perspective comparing the similarities and differences of 2008 vs 2023 and for his expertise on housing trends and the mortgage markets.

Personally, Mike is a husband of 25 years to his wife Beverly, and father of four kids (21, 18, 16, 14)

Professionally, Mike is Managing Partner of Pacific Southwest Business for Churchill Mortgage, leads a Top 1% nationwide 100M origination team, and oversees 30 employees managing 500MM of funding volume, helping 1200 families annually with a purchase or refinance loan.

His professional background of 25 years includes training and experience as Financial Advisor, Real Estate Investment Fund Management & Top 1% Mortgage Professional. He is the Principal and Co-Founder of the Cyrus Opportunity Zone Real Estate Fund launched in 2019 and developing 100 cash flow units and has been involved in 120+ Real Estate investment projects throughout his career.

Rick Mount

Rick Mount has been serving his clients and referral partners in real estate and lending for over 25 years. He wants to ensure his clients choose the right mortgage through their Safe, Simple, and Smart 5-step process. Rick has held many senior positions responsible for all facets of the loan process. Rick attended Cal State Long Beach, Cal Poly Pomona, and Azusa Pacific University, all with an emphasis on Finance, Real Estate, and Law. Rich has been licensed in California since 1992 and a licensed Broker since 2002. Away from real estate, Rick enjoys being with his family and hanging out by the water.
